Section 178.6 - Assignment to a day placement program

(a) Youth may be assigned to a day placement program at any time following admission to the division.

(b) Prior to assignment to a day placement program, each eligible youth shall receive a verbal and written explanation of the program which shall include, at a minimum, a description of:

(1) the program;

(2) the conditions of participation which the youth must follow; and

(3) the grievance process.
