Section 9.123 - Executive Order No. 123: Continuing the Declaration of Disaster Emergency

WHEREAS, pursuant to Executive Order 211, issued July 6, 2021, a statewide disaster was declared across the State due to gun violence;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, KATHY HOCHUL, Governor of the State of New York, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and Article 2-B of the Executive Law, do hereby extend the state disaster emergency as set forth in Executive Order 211, as continued in Executive Order 3.26, and continue the terms, conditions, and suspensions contained in Executive Order 211 and its successors, until January 7, 2023.
