Section 1.74 - Executive Order No. 74: Repealing and revoking the Executive Order dated April 2, 1971 [No. 49] relating to the Crime Control Planning Board and Office of Crime Control Planning

Executive Order Number 49, dated April 2, 1971, is hereby repealed and revoked, effective September 1, 1972, the substantive provisions of such order having been embodied in and superseded by chapter 399 of the Laws of 1972 effective on the same date.
