The terms and conditions of employment shall be contained in a written statement and shall be acceptable to the board of education or board of trustees and the Family Court. Copies of the written statement shall be provided to all parties concerned, including the juvenile, the board of education or board of trustees, the court, and the probation department or agency which submits probation recommendations or reports to the court.
