Regents scholarships, Regents fellowships, Regents physician loan forgiveness awards, Regents health care professional opportunity scholarships, Regents professional opportunity scholarships, science and technology entry program grants and scholar incentive awards shall be awarded pursuant to the provisions of the Education Law and the regulations which the Commissioner of Education is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate.
