Section 3.32 - Admission of public schools to the university

All public elementary, middle and secondary schools in the State of New York, other than charter schools, shall be registered by the Board of Regents pursuant to the regulations of the commissioner and all public schools shall be deemed admitted to the University of the State of New York.
