Section 1704.9 - Other minimum provisions

(a) The following items shall be provided for each inmate:

(1) standard issue of clothing as per department directives concerning inmate clothing;

(2) utensils and supplies for daily cell cleaning; and

(3) writing materials (paper, pen or pencil, envelopes).
