Section 613-6.3 - Notifications(a)Notice of delivery prohibition to facility and carrier. The presence of a tag attached to the fill port of a tank system constitutes notice of the delivery prohibition.(b)Notification to carrier by facility. After the Department attaches a tag and prior to the next scheduled delivery of petroleum, all carriers that normally deliver to the tank system must be informed that delivery is prohibited. Records of any correspondence regarding the delivery prohibition must be retained for three years after the imposition of delivery prohibition.N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 6 §§ 613-6.3
