Section 380-7.1 - Release minimization program required

(a) Each permittee must develop, document, and implement a release minimization program for maintaining releases of radioactive material to the environment ALARA. The release minimization program:

(1) may be part of the radiation protection (ALARA) program required as part of a license; and

(2) must be commensurate with the scope and extent of permitted activities and sufficient to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Part.
