Section 375-3.1 - Purpose; applicability

This Subpart applies to the development and implementation of remedial programs for brownfield sites pursuant to ECL 27-1401, et seq. This Subpart addresses requirements in addition to those requirements identified in Subpart 375-1 of this Part.
