Section 362-2.4 - Recordkeeping and reporting requirements

(a) In addition to the recordkeeping requirements of subdivision 360.19(k) of this Title, municipal solid waste processing facilities must maintain records of its radioactive waste detection procedures required by subdivision 362-2.3(d) of this Subpart.

(b) Facilities regulated under this Subpart must submit an annual report in conformance with paragraph 360.19(k)(3) of this Title.
