Section 361-4.5 - Design and operating requirements for permitted mulch processing facilities

A mulch processing facility required to obtain a permit must, in addition to the requirements identified in section 360.19 of this Title, design and operate the facility in compliance with the design and operating requirements specified in section 361-4.3(b) and section 361-4.6 of this Subpart and the recordkeeping and reporting requirements of section 361-4.7 of this Subpart.
