Section 222.1 - Applicability

This Part applies to owners and operators of distributed gen eration sources classified as economic dispatch sources located in the New York City metropolitan area with a maximum mechanical output rating of 200 horsepower or greater where the potential to emit oxides of nitrogen (NOx) at a facility is less than 25 tons per year.
