Section 218-9.1 - [Effective until 9/3/2023] Severability

For all 2016 and subsequent model year passenger cars, light-duty trucks, and medium-duty vehicles, and motor vehicle engines; and all 2026 and subsequent model year heavy-duty vehicles and motor vehicle engines, subject to section 218-2.1 of this Part, each manufacturer shall provide warranty coverage that complies with California Code of Regulations, title 13, sections 2035 through 2041, and 2046 (see Table 1, section 200.9 of this Title).
