Section 63.5 - General provisions

The general provisions of the Environmental Conservation Law are applicable to hunting, trapping, fishing, dog training and field trials pursuant to this Part, including the provisions of section 11-0931 prohibiting the discharge of firearms within 500 feet of an occupied building.
