Section 1600.1 - Definitions

Unless expressly otherwise provided, whenever used in this Part, the following terms shall mean or include:

(a) Commission. New York Temporary State Commission on Constitutional Tax Limitations.

(b) Records. Those records, documents or other data which are in the custody of the commission and which are required to be made available for public inspection and/or copying under the terms and conditions of the Freedom of Information Law (article 6, Public Officers Law, State of New York).
