Section 1806.13 - Submission of application

Sponsors of projects subject to review and approval of the commission under section 1806.4, 1806.5 or 1806.6 of this Part, or project sponsors seeking renewal of an existing approval of the commission, shall submit an application and applicable fee to the commission, in accordance with this Subpart.
