Section 1156.4 - Prevention of unwarranted invasions of personal privacy

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Part, the authority or a subsidiary corporation may, prior to making the records available for inspection or copying, delete such identifying details or withhold records otherwise available under this Part as the authority or a subsidiary corporation may deem appropriate to prevent an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, under the provisions of the Public Officers Law, section 89(2) and (2-a).
