Unless otherwise directed, all vehicles in, at or upon any terminal or terminal highway shall at all times stay to the right of the center of the roadway, except in the case of a one-way roadway; slow-moving vehicles shall remain as close as possible to the right-hand edge or curb of the roadway, and; where a roadway is marked with traffic lanes vehicles shall not cross markings.
