Section 1151.11 - Disorderly conductNo person shall cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly create a risk thereof at a transportation facility and the performance of any of the following acts shall constitute disorderly conduct if he:
(a) engages in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or threatening behavior;(b) makes unreasonable noise;(c) uses abusive or obscene language, or makes an obscene gesture;(d) disturbs any lawful assembly or meeting of persons;(e) obstructs vehicular or pedestrian traffic;(f) congregates with other persons and refuses to comply with the manager's or acting manager's order to disperse; or(g) creates a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.N.Y.
