Section 1150.3 - Use for unauthorized purposes(a) Portions or areas of terminals shall be made available for use for the following purposes only, and use for any unauthorized purposes is forbidden. Any right, permit, license or permission expressed or implied, to enter upon, pass through or otherwise use any such portions or areas of said terminals is subject to the conditions that they shall be used only for such purposes, and in the event any person shall use or attempt to use such portions or areas of said terminals for any other purpose or purposes, or shall use or attempt to use the same for an authorized purpose but in a disorderly manner, than any right, permit, license or permission theretofore granted to such person shall forthwith cease and terminate without further action by the authority.(b) The use of such portions and areas of a terminal is further conditioned upon compliance with, and the payment of, or agreement to pay, such rates, fees or charges in accordance with the tariff then in effect.(c) Hallways, corridors, lobbies and waiting rooms in passenger terminal buildings may be used as a means of ingress and egress to, from and between the terminal highway and the ramp and apron space and other portions of the terminal adjacent to such building, and the immigration and customs space, if any, and the various offices and places of business within said building; such hallways, corridors, lobbies and waiting rooms may also be used by incoming and outgoing passengers, and by friends and relatives of passengers bona fide for the purpose of meeting incoming passengers or accompanying outgoing passengers. Where counters are located in or along such hallways, corridors, lobbies and waiting rooms, such counters may also be used for the purpose of carrying on any transactions authorized by the lease, permit or license pursuant to which such counter is maintained and operated.(d) Hallways, corridors and lobbies in terminal buildings to which members of the public are admitted may be used as a means of ingress and egress to, from and between the terminal highway and the various offices and other places of business in such buildings.(e) Nothing hereinabove contained shall be construed to limit the use of any portion or area of any terminal by officers or employees of the authority, or by authority contractors, or to prevent any policeman, fireman or other public officer or employee from entering upon any portion or area of a terminal when properly required so to do in the performance of his official duties.N.Y.
