Section 901.5 - Records available for public inspectionExcept as otherwise provided by article 10 of the Education Law and subdivisions 3 and 7 of section 88 of article 6 of the Public Officers Law, or other provisions of law, the following kinds of the fund's records shall be available for public inspection and copying:
(a) statements of policy adopted by the fund, including statistical or factual tabulations which led to the formulation thereof;(b) audits and statistical or factual tabulations made by or for the fund;(c) fund manuals and instructions that affect members of the public;(d) an itemized record of names, addresses, titles and salaries of officers and employees of the fund (for bona fide members of news media, upon written notice);(e) a record of final votes of each member of the fund's board of trustees in those proceedings of the fund on which votes are taken;(f) any other files, records, papers or documents required by statute to be made available for public inspection and copying, subject to the common law right or claim of the fund of privilege or confidentiality.N.Y.
