Section 901.3 - Designations
(a) The records access officer from whom access to such records may be obtained is the fund's general counsel or assistant counsel.
(1) If the records access officer does not provide or deny access to the record sought within five business days of receipt of a request, he or she shall furnish a written acknowledgment of receipt of the request and a statement of the approximate date when the request will be granted or denied. If access to records is neither granted nor denied within 10 business days after the date of acknowledgment of receipt of a request, the request may be construed as a denial of access that may be appealed.
(b) The appeals officer to whom applicant may direct an appeal from a denial of access is the fund's executive director. If the executive director further denies such access, his reasons therefor shall be explained in writing to applicant within seven business days of the receipt of such appeal.
(c) The fiscal officer, charged with the duty of preparing payrolls, is the fund's comptroller.
