Section 9650.1 - Scope

(a) These rules and regulations shall govern the procedures by which records made available for public inspection pursuant to the Freedom of Information Law (Public Officers Law, art. 6) may be obtained from the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority (the "Authority").

(b) Authority personnel shall furnish to the public the information and records required to be made available by the Freedom of Information Law, as well as records otherwise available by law. Any conflicts among laws governing public access to records shall be construed in favor of the widest possible availability of public records.
