Section 5903.7 - Grant agreement

A grant agreement shall be executed between the foundation and the applicant. The foundation shall require that:

(a) periodic progress reports shall be submitted to the foundation;

(b) periodic financial reports shall be submitted to the foundation, including reports concerning the equivalent expenditure of matching funds, where applicable; and

(c) provision be made for site visits by foundation staff (and/or appropriate consultants) to review progress of the project.
