Section 5901.10 - Award monitoring

The office shall require in the agreement between the office and the regional high technology development organization receiving the award that:

(a) periodic progress reports shall be submitted to the office; and

(b) periodic financial reports shall be submitted to the office, including reports concerning the equivalent expenditure of matching funds.
