Section 5900.10 - Fees

Any fees authorized herein shall be payable in advance.

(a) The following fees shall be applicable with respect to services rendered to members of the public:

(1) computer time--charges shall be based on current rates and computer resources used, and shall not exceed actual cost;

(2) photocopies--25 cents per page.

(b) There will be no fee for the following services:

(1) any certification pursuant to this Part;

(2) inspection of records; or

(3) search for records, other than computer time.
