Section 5705.3 - Parades, assemblages or demonstrations

(a) No parades, assemblages or demonstrations of any kind shall be held in or upon the facilities without the express prior written permission of the authority.

(b) Walking; bicycling. No person shall walk or bicycle upon the facilities.
