Section 5400.8 - Fees

(a) There shall be no fee charged for:

(1) inspection of records;

(2) search for records; or

(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.

(b) The fee for photocopies not exceeding 9 by 14 inches is:

(1) 10 cents a page for up to 50 pages; or

(2) the cost paid by the corporation to a commercial photocopying business for more than 50 pages.
