Should a charter school admitted to participation in the system fail to comply with its obligations as a participating employer in the system, the system may, in addition to any other remedies it may have under law, expel such charter school as a participating employer; notwithstanding such expulsion, the system may credit teachers for actual service rendered at such charter school through the date of the expulsion.
