Section 4900.4 - Records available

(a) In accord with the rules in this section, the authority and its subsidiaries shall make available for public inspection and copying all records except those exempted from disclosure by section 4900.6 of this Part.

(b) In addition, the authority and its subsidiaries shall maintain:

(1) a record of the final vote of each member of the authority or its subsidiaries in every proceeding in which he or she votes;

(2) a record setting forth the name, public office address, title and salary of every officer or employee of the authority and its subsidiaries; and

(3) a reasonably detailed current list, by subject matter, of all records in the possession of the authority and its subsidiaries, whether or not available under subdivisions 2 and 3 of section 87 of the Freedom of Information Law. This list will be updated at least semiannually, and will show the date of the most recent update on the first page.
