Section 5.25 - Additions to security officer lists

An employer may file on commission forms to add a security officer or supervisory security officer to a regular or extra list or fill a vacancy thereon from employees who are available and qualified, in accordance with sections 5.35 through 5.41 of this Part, inclusive.
