The debt statement form to be used in connection with public sales of bonds by fire districts under the provisions of section 109.00 and title 10 of article 2 of the Local Finance Law, shall be in the form shown at Exhibit A attached hereto[FN*] and hereby made a part hereof as fully as if herein set forth.
