Section 1003.10 - Responsibility of the Fund

The Fund will, within 30 days after adoption of this Part, file a copy of such Part, and any amendments thereto, with the State Comptroller, the State Director of the Budget, the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, and the Chairman of the Assembly Ways and Means Committee.
