Section 1001.5 - Decisions(a) Approvals. If an application is approved, a certificate of approval under the seal of the fund, executed by the chairman, the secretary or other designated officer of the fund, shall be transmitted to the applicant. Copies of the application and supporting documents shall be retained in the office of the secretary of the fund.(b) Disapprovals. If an application is disapproved, a statement of the fund's decision and the reasons therefor shall be transmitted to the applicant.
