Section 651.6 - Annual report on fraud cases

(a) Social services districts shall submit an annual report concerning all AABD, family assistance, safety net assistance and medical assistance cases suspected of involving fraud, setting forth the disposition of such cases, including the action, if any, taken by the appropriate law enforcement officials. Such report shall be made on form RS-118 prepared and submitted in accordance with the instructions of the office.

(b) The report prescribed by this section shall be submitted to the department on or before July 20th of each year, for the fiscal year ended the next preceding June 30th.
