Section 651.3 - Annual report on concurrent receipt of public assistance and OASDI

Social services districts shall report annually for the month of February on the concurrent receipt of PA and OASDI on Annual Report on Concurrent Receipt of PA and OASDI, form FP-35. This report shall be submitted to the office on or before the 15th day of March.
