Section 360-5.8 - Effective date of disability

The effective date of disability must be established by the MA-only disability review team. Such date must be either the date on which the client met the disability criteria of this section, or three months prior to the month of application for MA only or public assistance if the applicant/recipient was disabled during this three-month period.
