Section 360-5.11 - Evaluation of disability

Factors other than medical should be taken into consideration, where appropriate, in making a determination of disability status. These additional factors include the age of the individual, education and training, and previous work history. The determination of disability must encompass an evaluation of a combination of the individual's medical and social factors.
