Section 341.2 - Administrative requirements(a) The commissioner of the social services district shall have administrative responsibility for organization of meetings of the advisory council on a regular basis and for activities associated therewith including preparation of agendas, minutes and reports.(b) Members of the advisory council shall receive no compensation for their services but the commissioner of the social services district is authorized to reimburse necessary expenses incurred by members of the advisory council in the performance of activities directly related to the functioning of the advisory council under this Part for travel, meals, loss of wages and child care in accordance with department requirements.(c) Expenditures made by the commissioner of the social services district for administrative activities associated with operation of the advisory council and for reimbursement of approved expenses incurred by members of the advisory council in the performance of permitted activities shall, if approved by the department, be subject to reimbursement by the State at the rate of 50 percent of the amount expended less any Federal financial participation.(d) The social services district shall submit to the department such reports on the activities of the advisory council as the department may from time to time direct.N.Y.
