Section 390.2 - Definitions

(a) The definitions contained in article 79 of the Insurance Law (article 79) shall apply to this Part.

(b) The definitions contained in section 107 of the Insurance Law shall also apply to article 79 and this Part.

(c) As used in article 79 of the Insurance Law and this Part, qualified United States financial institution shall mean a bank chartered in New York or a bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System.
