Section 670.5 - Long-term inpatient rehabilitation programs for head-injured patients

The factors and methodology to be considered by the Public Health Council for determining the public need for long-term inpatient rehabilitation program beds and services for head-injured patients shall include, but not be limited to, the substantive criteria and methodology set forth in section 709.11 of this Chapter.
