Section 8.370.2.35 - FAILURE TO APPEARA. Default: failure of the party requesting the hearing to appear on the date and at the time set for hearing, without good cause shown, shall constitute a default and the hearing officer shall so notify all parties in writing.B. Entry of decision: the hearing officer shall enter such findings, conclusions, decisions, recommendations, rulings and orders as are appropriate.N.M. Admin. Code § 8.370.2.35
