Section 8.370.2.12 - INITIATION OF HEARING PROCESS

The hearing process is begun upon receipt by the licensing authority of a timely request for hearing, or, in the case of a prehearing emergency suspension of license, by service upon the licensee of an emergency suspension order and notice of hearing.
