The use of any pesticide by a licensed producer or manufacturer in the growth or manufacture of cannabis or cannabis products shall be in accordance with the New Mexico Pesticide Control Act, Section 76-4-1et seq., NMSA 1978, and associated regulations. Pesticides shall be stored in a secured area that is accessible only to employees, and shall be segregated from usable cannabis and cannabis plants and from any product or equipment that is utilized in the manufacturing or production process.
