Section 7.20.12.58 - FIRE CLEARANCE AND INSPECTIONSA. Each facility requests from the fire authority having jurisdiction an annual inspection of the facility. If the policy of the fire authority having jurisdiction does not provide for an annual inspection of the facility, the facility documents the date the request was made and to whom. If the fire authority does conduct annual inspections, a copy of the latest inspection is kept on file in the facility.B. Written documentation from the state fire marshals office or fire authority having jurisdiction evidencing a facility's compliance with applicable fire prevention codes is submitted to the LCA prior to issuance of an initial license.N.M.
