Section 5.7.7.9 - PUBLIC SERVICE WORKER ELIGIBILITYA. Applicants shall have satisfactorily completed at least one (1) year of service past their initial probationary year with the CYFD as a public service worker.B. Applicants shall not be participants in any other federal or state loan repayment program that provides loan repayment assistance in exchange for service.N.M. Admin. Code § 5.7.7.9
