Section 20.5.109.907 - ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE STANDARDS FOR FIELD-ERECTED ASTSA. If owners and operators install a field-erected tank, owners and operators shall comply with the current edition of an industry standard or code of practice developed by a nationally recognized association or independent testing laboratory approved in advance by the department.B. Owners and operators shall use one or more of the following to comply with the requirements of this section: (1)American Petroleum Institute Standard 620, "Design and Construction of Large, Welded, Low Pressure Storage Tanks";(2)American Petroleum Institute Standard 650, "Welded Tanks for Oil Storage";(3)American Petroleum Institute Specification 12B, "Bolted Tanks for Storage of Production Liquids";(4)American Petroleum Institute Specification 12D, "Field Welded Tanks for Storage of Production Liquids"; or(5)American Society of Mechanical Engineers B96.1, "Welded Aluminum-Alloy Storage Tanks".N.M.
