Section 20.3.4.444 - RECORDS OF PRIOR OCCUPATIONAL DOSEA. The licensee or registrant shall retain the records of prior occupational dose and exposure history as specified in 20.3.4.409 NMAC on department form cumulative occupational dose history or equivalent until the department terminates each pertinent license or registration requiring this record. The licensee or registrant shall retain records used in preparing department form cumulative occupational dose history or equivalent for 3 years after the record is made.B. Upon termination of the license or registration, the licensee or registrant shall permanently store records on department form cumulative occupational dose history or equivalent, or shall make provision with the department for transfer to the department.N.M.
