Section 2.1.2.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

Section 6-1-1(E) NMSA 1978 provides that the state board of finance, in addition to other powers and duties provided by law, may make rules and regulations for carrying out its duties and responsibilities as designated in statute.
